The Province of Vipers was created on September 5th, 2003.  It was the 5th province to join the Union, and was created by Chester McCoy from what was then part of Cement City, L.A., and what is now Inaduh.  Chester is the Governor and only resident, and the Capital of his province is Inaduh (formerly Cement City).  It is located on the upper floor of the "Apartment" in Cement City, Land of Acorns, near Daddyland, Niwic.  Now only the lower floor of the Apartment is the L.A., and the upper part is Niwic.  The Province of Vipers also has a county in Fort Worth, Texas, near Golden Fort, Benjaland.  

        A new National Holiday, Province of Vipers Day, has been established on September 5th, to honor the creation of the Province of Vipers.  The Niwican Office of the President is now in Inaduh, which was made the Capital of Niwic just recently.

          The flag of Vipers (designed by Chester McCoy) is yellow with a black V on it.  The V contains a bright blue snake, the provincial reptile.  The Province of Vipers makes up 5% of Niwic's population.  The Governor lives in Chesterville, in Chestershire County, Vipers.
