The Province of Steel is the 6th and newest Niwican province.  It was created by Keegan M^cCrady of Burleson, Texas, U.S.A. on October 30th, 2004.   The Niwican Parliament was meeting that day, and approved the creation of this new province.   The Province of Steel is located in Burleson, Texas, U.S.A., and is bordered on the northwest, southwest, and southeast by the United States, and on the northeast by M^cCrady Bird-Land.  It includes Keegan's room, most of the M^cCradys' house, and all of the backyard.  The Capital is Tin.  Keegan is the Governor and only resident.  The Province of Steel makes up 5% of the population of Niwic.

      The name "Steel" was made up on the spur of the moment, and Keegan said that he may change the name in the future.
