   Parliament is, at this time, deciding whether the Department of the Post should be reformed.  If approved, the following article will be added to the Constitution, and the Department of the Post will conform to that article.

 

ARTICLE 15: DEPARTMENT OF THE POST

  Letters shall be delivered through the Department of the Post (hereafter abbreviated as NDP) for the fee of 4 pence per letter.  Letters will be picked up at a public post-box in Inaduh, Vipers every week, excepting those weeks which contain a national holiday.  Letters shall only be deliverable to local addresses in the Protectorate of Terabithia, the Province of Daddyland, Concrete County Vipers, and Benjaland and Budington Counties Benjaland.  The President of Niwic shall appoint or reappoint a postmaster, to deliver letters, and to act as the Director of the NDP.  Stamps shall be available for purchase in Inaduh, Vipers.  No packages will be delivered.
