Welcome
to Benjaland, Niwic!

In the summer of 2000, I (Benjamin Bruce) made up the Republic of Benjaland.  Its capital was Ziphen (pronounced ZY-fin), District of Benjaland, and it had 2 provinces, 2 districts, and 1 territory.  The National Mint in Ziphen made all of its coins, and I made notes too.  Unlike most of the Mini Nations, the R.B. had a postal service, and a treasury.  On December 28th, 2002, Benjaland joined two other Mini Nations and formed the Republic of Niwic.  Although the Capital is still Ziphen, Benjaland is now a province.  Its current population is 12, and it has 13 counties and 15 cities.  The Benjish counties are all separate, scattered around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in north-central Texas.
